With the help of the previous sections, you have developed your survey method and survey questions. While we have alluded to the importance of reliability and validity in previous sections, this section will directly address how to ensure these factors in your own survey. These tests are the first step towards data analysis, because they show what kinds of conclusions you can safely draw from your data. This will also guide the way that you analyze your data. Without knowing more about the accuracy of your data, your study may be misleading or have unfounded ramifications.
